How You Can Help:

Our Service and Operations Specialist is a key part of our guest experience. They are on the front lines making sure that homes are ready and up to the InvitedHome quality, care and details needed. You’re a natural troubleshooter with the ability to solve light home care issues like a wobbly kitchen cabinet hinge. We’re looking for a go-getter. You will interact with guest and respond to their needs with expediency and professionalism. Someone who can work with minimum supervision to perform basic duties and tasks while always upholding our extremely high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Job Duties:

• Tackle a wide range of guest and owner services from light home repair such as changing a lightbulb to picking up the perfect bottle of champagne for upcoming guests
• Manage guest and owner changeover stays
• Light handiwork- changing a washer on a sink to removing a stain from a carpet
• Self-sufficient at accomplishing what needs to be done in order to get a home in perfect shape for guest and owner arrival
• Office admin work from filling out damage claims to registering a guest for third party gear rentals

Skills & Experience:

• 1 year customer care experience or hospitality
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Problem solving is at your core
• High level of attention to detail
• Fantastic people skills
• Insatiable hunger to provide a fantastic experience for our travelers and homeowners
• Experience working in vacation rental or hotel industry ideal
• Creativity and quick thinker
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
