What happens if someone in my travel party tests positive for COVID-19?

We will ask for supporting documentation of the positive test results of a PCR test. In the case we accept your claim, you will be issued a credit with InvitedHome to stay at the previously booked home* within the next year. You must rebook your future stay within 30 days of your original reservation arrival date or your credit will expire. In the case your claim is denied, no credit will be issued.

What happens if the town I am travelling to has a travel ban?

You will get a credit for your stay with InvitedHome to rebook within the next year of your reservation.

What happens if there is a travel ban in my area?

We will ask for supporting documentation around the travel ban. In the case we accept your claim, you will be issued a credit with InvitedHome to stay within the next year.

How do I qualify for this program?

All guests in your party must be registered with InvitedHome. To register with InvitedHome all first and last names of the people that will be occupying the home must be emailed to reservations@invitedhome.com, texted to (720)537-1661, or included in your regristration form. Only guests registered with InvitedHome qualify for this program.
