WHAT TO KNOW

- Everyone in your group must be over 30 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - The maximum occupancy is 16 people - The maximum number of cars at the property is 5 - A 4WD vehicle is required on this driveway in the winter. - If bringing 5 cars, some shuffling of cars may be required in the winter to drive out of the driveway. - The media room currently offers space for a blow up mattress for 2, instead of a futon. Please let us know if you are planning on sleeping guests in the media room.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - The Assistant to Guest Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
