This area is one of the closest residential neighborhoods to Whistler Village. Take the paved treelined Valley Trail and you’ll arrive at the village in about 25 minutes by foot. In winter, skip the parking hassles and take advantage of our private luxury SUV ski shuttles to and from the slopes, offered free to our guests (enquire for details). In summer, almost daily from the top observation deck, safely view the black bears play, lounge and forage below on the Whistler Golf Club. Ideal for families and social events, in this warm and spacious home you can comfortably host your friends and family year-round.

On the main floor of this well laid out home is an inviting open-plan living room with vaulted ceilings, oversized woodburning fireplace, wrap around deck, dining room and kitchen. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, which boasts an office, seating area, fireplace, access to the observation deck and a spa-like master bathroom. The 2nd master bedroom occupies the lower floor, alongside the media and games room, steam shower and private hot tub located on the outdoor patio. You’ll find the 3rd master bedroom, with an ensuite and fitness room, quietly located on the ground floor.

Your luxury chalet is just 2 miles from the town of Whistler and access to and from the ski slopes via private shuttle. In warmer months, you’ll be impressed by the fantastic hiking/biking trails in your backyard. Vancouver International Airport is 84 miles away.

• An initial non-refundable payment of 30% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the date of arrival. All payments are non-refundable once received.
