Absolutely Amazing

When my girlfriends and I pulled up into driveway and hopped out of the car, we started jumping up and down like we were 13 years old and going to our first dance. The views are incredible and the layout of the house is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I was here with my daughters, sister and closest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The location is perfect and close to everything. We rode our bikes all the way to Montecito for lunch one day. The outdoor fireplace was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The linens on the beds were some of the most coziest I've ever slept in, it was hard to get out of bed. The only thing that was a drag was the theatre room, we couldn't get the projector to work. (this part of the house needs a little updating), but it wasn't that big of a deal because the tv in the family room is plenty big. I will recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise, I will never forget my 50th bday. Until next time, Michele K. from Mammoth Lakes

Mira Vista exceeds expectations!

My husband and I hosted 3 other couples who are friends from TX, NY, & AZ. Mira Vista was the perfect setting for our reunion. The location in the Mesa overlooking Santa Barbara is breathtaking. The home is lovely... well appointed for a group to share common areas as well as king or queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms for privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining inside and out. We had a fabulous local chef come in the first night...made for a wonderful, relaxing evening. Massages for all the next day at Mira Vista was also a highlight. Much of our time was spent outside enjoying the natural beauty around us. Santa Barbara & Montecito are both charming, offering great restaurants and specialty shops. We will definitely return to Mira Vista or one of the other properties offered by Invited Home. Of all the sites that I researched, Invited Home is the most professional and has personnel who are both knowledgeable and accommodating.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet retreat

We had a lovely stay here and this home exceeded our expectations. Great, spacious indoor and outdoor spaces for hanging out. The bedrooms were extremely quiet and had blackout shades, so we all got great sleep. The location is just a few minutes drive to downtown Santa Barbara and the view can't be beat!

Santa Barbara Travel Guide
December 11, 2016 The city calls itself the American Riviera, and if you travel to Santa Barbara you'll see why: This central coast city, which sits on an idyllic stretch of coastline and is sheltered by the foothills of the Santa Ynez mountains, has a ...Mediterranean-like climate and a civility that feels downright European. In fact, it once was European: the Spanish settled the city in the 1600s, and the Mission Santa Barbara is still one of the city's most treasured landmarks. Given the city's sophisticated charm—and high prices—many celebrities have made a Santa Barbara visit over the years, from Charlie Chaplin, who built a hotel, to Oprah Winfrey, who has a house nearby.
