You've reached the top. And you may have to share the pool, but the views are all your own.

In addition to ocean views, you have gorgeous mountain views as well.

Step into the living room, open your French doors, head onto the balcony, and take in the ocean breeze and views.

Comfort is king here, with a cozy fireplace, plenty of seating, and high ceilings in the living room. There's even an office behind the curtains should you require a bit of work to be done.

If you don't have a chef in your group, the spacious kitchen is sure to make someone try to become one.

The quaint dining room sits right next to beautiful ocean views. We think it makes things taste better.

The den is even cozier, with a pullout sofa, gas fireplace, and of course, more French doors out to your patio.

Even the upstairs hallway is museum quality.

With the classic art and exposed beams, who thought a hallway could be so fun?

You're the master of your vacation, so here is your king bed on the upper level with, yes, French doors to your balcony.

When you're not taking in the views from your balcony, take in some warmth by your fireplace.

The master en-suite bath boasts a giant soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, depending on your mood.

Yes, you even get views from the tub when you're not viewing yourself in the double vanity.

The guests have it good too, with this queen bedroom also on the upper level.

And the en-suite bath just off of that guest room is pretty sweet as well.

The guest rooms really have a personality all their own. This queen is on the first floor and is remarkably classy.

Extremely convenient, it's spacious and opens up to the main living area should you need that late night snack.

The first-floor bathroom that's accessible from the bedroom or the living area.

Make a splash - and some friends - at the community pool.

You'll want to spend some time outdoors of course. And by the fire pit is where you do it.

Make your entrance a grand one, as you'll be greeted with a gorgeous spiral staircase.

Take in the views while you relax.

Plenty of seating for outdoor dining or just lounging around. Your choice.

Yes, we're gonna harp on the views because you will too.

Have another.

And another.

Okay, last one. Until you get here.

The outside exterior can be deceiving as to all the space you have.

Welcome to superior living.

To truly transcend a vacation to new heights, sometimes you have to take that mantra literally. And this 3,800 square-foot, 3-bedroom home does just that. Nestled perfectly between Montecito and Santa Barbara proper, you’re near the top of Eucalyptus Hill...and on top of the world. This is where quiet comes to get some peace and quiet. And relaxation surely follows.

With only one immediate neighbor in this quaint, gated community, privacy is rarely an issue. So go ahead. Head out to one of your balconies or decks to take in that beautiful breeze and views that stretch for miles. No matter how long you stay, it will never get old. No, the only thing old around this home is the stunning, sophisticated design that includes antique oak floors, a sweeping spiral staircase and coastal sightlines that have stood the test of time. We bet once you stay here for a while, you’ll want more time with it, too.

And oh the natural light that seems to take over at every turn. We credit the plethora of French doors that can instantly let in that glorious coastal air and warm California sun with a quick turn of the ornate knobs. And while we will be the first to admit the home is best suited for older adults, there is plenty of room for guests. We imagine the 60” flat screen TV could keep the little ones entertained for a while on those rare indoor days. And the gourmet kitchen is surprisingly modern for this villa-style home. So you will be tempted to explore your inner chef, and we imagine that journey will have some great results.

When you’re ready to retire for the evening after winding down by the community pool or your own private fire pit, the sleeping options are as exquisite as you would expect. Choose from one of the three master bedrooms, either upstairs or down. They all have a personality all their own. And while some of the beds are queens, each room is certainly fit for a king. Enjoy it, your highness.
