• Walk to ski behind the building between the trees to Lower Sundance or across San Joaquin Road to the Village Bypass ski run.
• Free on-demand shuttle, and the gondola offers a free short ride into town.

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 5 people.
• The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
• If bringing more than one vehicle, there are three shared first come, first served parking spaces in the complex parking garage.
• During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

• Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
