Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood near the Telluride Golf Course and two chairlifts, the Mineshaft House is the ultimate Mountain Village getaway for both peace and proximity. The design and architecture are nearly as breathtaking as the views of the iconic Telluride ridgeline, and the unique layout offers guests the opportunity to gather together in various indoor and outdoor living spaces, or retreat to total privacy. Featured in several architecture and design magazine, the home's signature "mineshaft" construction was patterned after Telluride's own Gray Mill, and was designed to receive plenty of natural sunlight in every season.

Mountain modern design is on display throughout the home, and the main living area epitomizes it perfectly. A large gas fireplace encased in glass, vaulted pitched ceilings, exposed beams and stone, and live edge furnishings create a space that’s cozy yet modern, and perfect for lounging.

The Great Room is split into two levels. From the lower living area, step onto the back patio for gorgeous mountain views. Head up a few steps to enter the dining area where a table is set for 6 guests, as well as the kitchen, which features a 6-burner gas stove and a stainless steel double oven.

On the top level there’s an additional loft living space that’s perfect for an office or playroom.

Each of the three bedrooms also has its own unique offering. The Master Bedroom is sprawling and understated with a private balcony, while the guest bedroom has an adjacent living space complete with a dining nook and a wet bar. The third bedroom has two separate beds and a private patio.

All this just 10 minutes from Mountain Village Core, where you'll find Telluride’s celebrated bars, restaurants, apres-ski events, summer concerts, and more. All guests also have access to Dial-a-ride: Mountain Village’s free, on-demand shuttle.
