The coveted One Beaver Creek Building is an ideal location right above the Chop House, allowing Sunshine Chalet to perfectly sit between Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express with inspiring mountain views. During the winter, take advantage of easy ski-in, ski-out access as well as ski storage in the locker room. Hiking trails are ample in the summer. This four-bedroom, four-ensuite plus one powder room condo weaves through the hallway for ample privacy. The main king bedroom starts at the beginning of the hall with a cozy fireplace and plush seating, sweeping views of Strawberry Park Express, and an ensuite with dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub. Heading down the hallway, there are two more guest bedrooms with ensuites and more mountain views. Lastly, there is a room with a full bed, two twins, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower – perfect for kids. Each room welcomes year-round sunshine. The main living area offers broad dual seating areas facing the large flat screen tv or the towering stone gas fireplace with soft finishes and elegant design. Enjoy impressive views of the slopes from the expansive balcony with seating for four, a gas fireplace, and a grill. Back inside, circle to the grand dining area with seating for eight with a round family-style table. The open kitchen has high touch, smooth finishes with an island perfect for preparing meals and a wrap-around breakfast bar seating for six. This condo is lush for exquisite living in the perfect location with a welcoming lobby, multiple private building elevators to access the village, and underground parking. WHAT TO KNOW

- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - The maximum occupancy is 12 people - There is one underground parking space

WHAT TO EXPECT

- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

Check-in is at 4:00 pm & Check-out is 10:00 am

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by an InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days from the date of arrival.
  • A full refund will be issued for all reservations that need to be cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival.

- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property - The maximum occupancy is 12 people - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1 - A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit - Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted.
