Guests will love the gourmet kitchen with granite finishes and stainless steel Bosch appliances, luxury bathrooms with heated floors and steam showers, flat-screen TVs/DVDs, dining room area, and air conditioning. When you stay at Cloud Nine at The Ritz-Carlton, you’ll receive the world-renowned luxury hospitality only the Ritz-Carlton can provide, right on the celebrated slopes of Vail. The on-call Ritz shuttle will take you directly to the lifts and at the end of the day, let the ski valet handle all your gear. During summer stays, a shuttle is also available to take you to the trailheads of a few of the valley’s most beautiful hiking trails.   • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
  • Room service is not available. However, you may charge other Ritz purchases back to your room.
  • Full housekeeping daily is included during your stay.
  • Valet parking available paid directly at the Ritz-Carlton front desk | Valet runs 6AM–11PM
  • Up to 2 cars can be valeted with this unit.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear is permitted directly to the Ritz-Carlton. Please contact them for more details: 970.477.3700.
  • All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
