Nestled at the base of the Gore Mountain Range near the Vail Golf Club and near the Nordic Center, the location is beyond ideal, and the precision in decor allows for a unique living space perfect for mountain retreats. This fully remodeled home is well appointed with a sleek modern design—intellectual accents with plush and livable lounge spaces. Ground-level mudroom and ski storage make for easy ski access via shuttle with just a five-minute ride to the Village and unmatched hiking and biking trails nearby in the summer. The lower level houses the den and bedroom combo with two queen beds - ideal for teenagers. Upstairs, unwind in the open floor plan between the elegant kitchen with a breakfast bar and the dining room with seating for eight. Traverse through to the living room and grab a cocktail on the way from the wet bar. The living room boasts natural elements from the dark wood beams to the stone gas fireplace with soft tones for complete comfort and relaxation. Enjoy the pine views from the balcony just off the living area near a table for games or a quiet place to sip morning coffee. As the night approaches, head to the top floor where three bedrooms reside, each with its ensuite. The main king bedroom has seating to cozy up with a book and a quiet office to sneak in a bit of work. Ten Pines Hideaway is the perfect home to enjoy memorable moments in the mountains. What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
  • Parking: Two spaces, one in the garage, one in driveway.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules To Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $3,000.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
  • All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
