Surfer’s Paradise has everything a surfing family needs, and nothing they don’t. Just walk right off the back patio and across the white sand beaches, and you’re in business. Given the location, it’s an exceptional value. Any surfer would appreciate that. And, it’s got a full kitchen, so you can make whatever it is that surfers eat. Fish Tacos?

Thanksgiving getaway

Wife and I agreed for the first time to do our own thing at Thanksgiving. I am so glad we did. Nice place peaceful away from the crowd. Everything was in working order. The place was clean and well equipped. It could use updated beach chairs and it should have an umbrella so we ended up renting a set. All in all a good place. Will consider again. Thanks Emily good job!

Perfect View and Access

I was so worried that the pics of this place were skewed somehow. They weren't. The view and access from the sliding glass door can't be beat. I would stare outside while cooking. The beach is very private which you will want if you've ever experienced the crowds down 30A. The space was perfect for myself, my husband, our teenager and her friends. We rented bikes for a 3 day period (Peddler's) and the girls quickly found a beautiful back way to reach 30A in a few minutes time. During Spring Break we ended up knowing so many people that were staying on 30A, we would ride bikes over to shop or grab a coffee. The Rosemary Beach/Seacrest area has so much traffic congection and crowded with bicycle riders, it was great to be able to escape back to our private paradise. I would definitely stay here again. This property was narrowed down from 78 properties and I'm pretty picky. The most important aspects for our family were beach/ocean view and access as well as comfort of beds.

60 steps to the water

We had a very relaxing vacation at surfer's paradise. We were exactly 60 steps from the condo steps to the water's edge. The only thing I wish had been better was the cellular service. I guess that is the price you pay to be a little off the beaten path. Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. We ate at Shades Restaurant down the street and it was great! I highly recommend the grouper and the lump crab cakes. We will be back!!!

The Best Seafood Dives in Florida
November 11, 2016 Giant open windows provide expansive views of white sand and emerald green water. The Back Porch takes pride in popularizing amberjack, a firm white fish seldom found on menus before the restaurant began featuring it in sandwiches. (We like the ..."angry" version, with spicy mayo.) Also check out the fish-, shrimp-, and crabmeat-filled gumbo, and the tart Key lime pie. (see less)

Follow Your Passions to the Heart of Florida's Emerald Coast
November 21, 2016 No two sunsets on the Emerald Coast are exactly alike, and neither are any two days. Along with award-winning beaches, you'll find several world-class attractions and family entertainment complexes here. You can get wild at the zoo, splash around at ...a water park, or interact with a live dolphin at the Gulfarium. Speaking of dolphins, dolphin watching cruises are very popular here, as are pirate cruises. Or you can discover the culture and rich history of the area at one of five museums. There are lots of ways to go Emerald Coasting.
