The property was small and quaint, but perfect for me and my two daughters to take a quick trip to the beach. This property is close to everything including the beach, the pool, and the stores and restaurants in Rosemary.

Rosemary Beach Carriage House

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this carriage house in Rosemary Beach. Some of our favorite aspects of the house were the proximity to the beach, central location within the Rosemary Beach development and the courtyard pool. The house was well appointed inside with fine furnishings. Being new construction, the house was very new, clean and modern. The bathroom was extremely well done and the shower was fantastic. WIFI service was a nice touch as well. Only a few negatives to mention...there was construction going on in the neighborhood and the noise of that early in the morning was annoying. Also, the appliances in the kitchen were very nice however there were many basic furnishings that were missing in order to be able to cook properly in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great stay at your house and would definitely recommend it!

Quiet, beautiful perfectly appointed carriage house close to every place we wanted to be!

We stayed for three great nights. House and all furnishings are brand new, very nicely done. We didn't have time to use the outdoor fireplace or the pool we were so busy with the beach, music festival and dining. You are on the ocean side of 30A, which is where you want to be. We walked to Edwards for a great dinner, Paradis for drinks, Summer Kitchen for breakfast. And it is short walk to the Donut Truck at the entrance to Caliza, don't miss that Thurs to Sunday mornings. All appliances for those who want to cook in, small balcony to have your coffee in the sun if you don't want to lounge by the pool. We will be back!

Complete Guide to Emerald Coast
So white. So bright. So pristine. And so serene. So get to these hidden, Caribbean-like Gulf sands, already. And don’t forget those walking shoes either. That’s because this stretch of Florida all along Highway 30A, is tremendously ...pedestrian friendly. And most of InvitedHome’s properties are easily accessible to anywhere on the Emerald Coast. By foot. By bike. By pedicab or by trike. The unparalleled shoreline and unique villages are never far from reach no matter what mode of transportation you take. (see less)

Why You Should Explore Florida's Emerald Coast
November 11, 2016 As you ride through the region, specifically down Florida Scenic Highway 30-A, you’ll see signs for places like Rosemary Beach and Miramar Beach. All of those spots are a blast, but for this autumn weekend, set your GPS for Santa Rosa Beach. A ...laid-back, oh-don’t-mind-us sort of town in every good way possible, SRB makes great sense for a quick weekend jaunt because of its ideal location — Atlanta is only a five-hour drive while Pensacola International Airport offers non-stop flights from Chicago, Washington D.C. and other places — and two Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star properties, The Pearl Hotel and WaterColor Inn & Resort.

A Life Worth Celebrating
February 11, 2017 30A celebrates small-town beach life along Florida’s Scenic Highway 30-A. It’s a sunset stroll on sugar-white sand. It’s an outdoor concert under a star-filled sky. It’s a leisurely bike ride along a silent wooded path or a ...slow sunrise paddle across a calm coastal dune lake. 30A is a return to simpler times where friends and family are something worth toasting.
