Gulf Place

A charming enclave with the best of beach life.

This sunny, seaside neighborhood in Santa Rosa Beach has it all: a sugar-sand beach just across the famously scenic 30A county road, local-artists’ galleries and a laid-back nightlife that includes live music and fine dining. With three pools, loads of activities and event venues right near InvitedHome’s Gulf Place rentals and around town, you’ll never run out of things to do or see. The Town Center's location at the intersection of 30A and 393 makes it a natural stop for area residents and visitors to the beach-front park. Learn More

Why You Should Explore Florida's Emerald Coast
November 11, 2016 As you ride through the region, specifically down Florida Scenic Highway 30-A, you’ll see signs for places like Rosemary Beach and Miramar Beach. All of those spots are a blast, but for this autumn weekend, set your GPS for Santa Rosa Beach. A ...laid-back, oh-don’t-mind-us sort of town in every good way possible, SRB makes great sense for a quick weekend jaunt because of its ideal location — Atlanta is only a five-hour drive while Pensacola International Airport offers non-stop flights from Chicago, Washington D.C. and other places — and two Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star properties, The Pearl Hotel and WaterColor Inn & Resort.

Follow Your Passions to the Heart of Florida's Emerald Coast
November 21, 2016 No two sunsets on the Emerald Coast are exactly alike, and neither are any two days. Along with award-winning beaches, you'll find several world-class attractions and family entertainment complexes here. You can get wild at the zoo, splash around at ...a water park, or interact with a live dolphin at the Gulfarium. Speaking of dolphins, dolphin watching cruises are very popular here, as are pirate cruises. Or you can discover the culture and rich history of the area at one of five museums. There are lots of ways to go Emerald Coasting.

Slices of Paradise along Florida's Highway 30A
May 11, 2017 The first time my toes touched the snow-white sand and clear-blue water along the beaches of northwest Florida, in Rosemary Beach specifically, I kicked myself. I kicked myself because for years — decades really — I had been traveling all ...day, and sometimes for two days, to reach this level of beauty. I’d usually trek to beaches of Anguilla or to the Grenadines in the southern Caribbean. Often I would journey from Dallas to the Turks & Caicos Islands, the Bahama Out Islands or the Cayman Islands. Hawaii would temporarily give me the best-of-the-best beach fix I craved. (see less)
