What You Should Know

WHAT WE LOVE

- Sledding at nearby Carter Park. While there is no official sledding hill in Breckenridge, Carter Park plays the part. There’s a place for hot chocolate nearby, too, which is perfect after an hour or so in the cold. - Walking down to the Speakeasy movie theater. This single screen theater is perfect for the family, and is set in a remodeled historic building. Wine and beer are available, too, with a great selection of local brews. - Panning for gold at Country Boy Mine. Here you can search for gold flecks in the same spot where Colorado’s largest gold mass ever was found.
