Allow us to be upfront: this is a full-time job, not a 9-5 one. Our team is always working and as such, the successful candidate must have some availability seven days a week. With that said, you take care of your part, and we will take care of the rest.

Here are just a few of the key aspects of this role:

  • Launch Invitedhome into the Aspen Market
  • Deliver growth by pro-actively building relationships within the local community
  • Develop connections with local partners,chamber of commerce, local tourism office
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy and business plan
  • Assist Business Development to grow the right homes in the market
  • Planning & hosting events to build IH name recognition and reputation within the local community
  • Watch every penny in or out of your financial books
  • Develop and grow strong homeowner relationships
  • Leading, Develop and Direct a Team
  • Manage and Review Aspen homes Rental Rates
  • Ensure the homes are being listed correctly on homeaway, airbnb and Invitedhome, etc.
  • Home Inspections to ensure standards are being maintained
  • Manage all Vendors and charge homeowners accordingly
