1. Reach out to your travel insurance company and begin filing a claim.
2. Email reservations@invitedhome.com with your cancellation notification.
3. InvitedHome will open your dates for a potential rebooking. If the home rebooks, you are eligible for a partial refund.
4. InvitedHome will refund your unused cleaning cost upon original check out date.
