New Year, New Homes: InvitedHome is offering more luxury vacation rentals than ever
InvitedHome sprinted to the finish of 2017, ending the month of December with several new vacation homes live and ready for guests in five premier destinations. Vail and Beaver Creek plowed the way with the most new homes added, while on the other side of the country, we brought some incredible homes into our portfolio of luxury vacation rentals in 30A, Florida. Telluride and North Lake Tahoe also had their share of growth.
In December, we also welcomed vacation homes in a brand new destination: Park City, Utah. Kingswood Cabin and Woodside Cottage both have the honor of becoming the first homes ready for guests in a destination we expect will soon be brimming with gorgeous luxury vacation rentals by InvitedHome.
Take a look through some of our newest homes below, and find your perfect 2018 getaway.
Vail and Beaver Creek Vacation Homes
Pitched knotty pine ceilings, exuberant forests of pine and aspens, endless views of the Gore Range, and absolute mountain elegance magnificently come together in this Vail home. From the top floor Master Bedroom, relax in the sumptuous chaise lounge positioned below a panel of large windows that peer deep into the Gore Valley. In the main living area, a sleek wood-burning fireplace is always stocked with plenty of firewood, and ample plush seating creates a cozy space in the corner. From here, treehouse-like views connect you with the rich colors of the forest outside.
Charming, cozy, and designed to be a confluence of classic and contemporary, The Range House sits perched up a hill with gorgeous views of the rugged Gore Range ridgeline in the distance. A large deck and an outdoor patio give you plenty of outdoor space to take in the Vail mountain air. The kitchen has a unique circular design of granite countertops, and the main living area is characterized by an enormous stone fireplace, surrounded by luxurious leather chairs. A sitting area with three sofas completes the room, and large windows line the walls, letting the warm natural light pour in.
If you’re looking for a Beaver Creek vacation rental for the perfect ski vacation, take a look at Lay of the Land. Impeccable ski-in, ski-out access to the blue Roughlock run lets you ski to the Bachelor Gulch Express lift. From here, greens and blues connect you to the rest of the mountain, making it a perfect stay for the whole family. Aside from skiing, you’ll enjoy the balcony and its sweeping views of the mountains, the large main living area and its modern fireplace, and all the amenities offered by the elegant Hummingbird Complex, where the home is located.
New Vacation Homes in 30A West Florida
Equal parts French Riviera, Spanish Caribbean, and Western Florida, Chez Fleur is a sight to behold, and its views of the Gulf are purely spectacular. Located steps from the glittering blue waters and soft sand, you’ll have a beachside paradise all to yourself. In the living area, distressed wood floors complement the white stone fireplace. Throughout the home, French doors open up to the beach to let the breeze in. There’s a private wooden walkway to the beach, which you can access from the back patio. Here, chairs and tables are arranged to let you gaze out into the distance.
A three story home on a quiet stretch of road just off Highway 30A Gulf Bliss is where balconies and porches are plentiful and there’s ample space for everyone to sprawl. There’s an airy feel throughout the home, which has an open layout and is filled with natural light. A large dining room table seats 10, and an array of bedroom styles means there’s a perfect fit for anyone in your group. As a part of the luxurious Preserve at Grayton Beach, you’ll also have access to two private pools, two tennis courts, a workout room, and all the security that comes along with a stay at a prestigious gated community.
Across the street from the sparkling Gulf Coast and amid all the action of the enviable Seagrove Beach neighborhood sits Seas the Day: A 30A beach condo rental walking distance to the beach. Calming colors make up the palette of the open floor plan in the living and dining areas, and the outdoor patio gives you easy access to the soothing Gulf breeze. For days when you’re not at the beach, there’s a shared community pool. As a ground floor unit, your private patio also opens up to the immaculately kept courtyard, where the south’s signature magnolia trees dot the landscape.
Our Newest Telluride Mountain Homes
A stay at Pinecrest means experiencing the best of Telluride in a single trip: A quick walk to the celebrated main street, and easy access to the lifts. Early 20th-century elegance and unbeatable views of the San Juan mountains are only a small part of what makes this grand Telluride mountain home so striking and memorable. The massive exterior wood beams and stacked stone are set in a traditional mountain design, and inside, chandeliers, high ceilings, and lavish furniture greet you in every room. This is more than just a quiet mountain retreat. From the home, enjoy direct ski access to Telluride’s Bridges Trail. To help you take full advantage of this amazing amenity, you’ll also receive two free ski passes for each day you stay in the opulent Telluride ski-in, ski-out home. North Lake Tahoe Cabins
Found in North Lake Tahoe’s prestigious Dollar Point neighborhood, this North Lake Tahoe cabin has exactly what you’d expect from a high-end vacation home: Stellar views of the lake from the expansive back deck, plenty of lounge space in the living room, an additional game room, and easy access to the lake. Dollar Point comprises a narrow jut of land north of Tahoe City, and is close to Skylandia State Park and Beach. In the winter, Squaw Valley and Northstar are both a short drive away, or you can head to the quiet lakefront shops and restaurants of Carnelian Bay just five minutes north.
High up in the peaks of North Lake Tahoe’s Incline Village, where you’ll find some of the area’s most exquisite architecture and designs, sits Eaglewood Cabin. A wall of lake-facing windows reaches the top of the vaulted ceilings, giving you unparalleled views of the lake and treetops below. There’s even a telescope set up to let you peer across to the mountain ridges on the far side of the lake. Just a few minutes away is Diamond Peak Ski Resort, which although is smaller than nearby Northstar, is also less expensive, less crowded, and more family-friendly. Head down the hill into Incline Village’s lakefront area for a selection of restaurants and breweries, or continue driving south along the east side of the lake to experience an awe-inspiring 30-minute journey through undeveloped mountainside terrain.
