The house was clean, well appointed and very spacious.

Had a great time in Santa Barbara! The house is convenient walking distance from shops, restaurants and situated for easy uber pick ups. The yard is gated and private with parking off street. The house was stocked with everything you would need to be comfortable. The pictures don't do the house justice! We definitely plan to stay again!

Great House in a very convenient location

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The location is extremely convenient (walk to the Pier, walk to restaurants and bars, walk to the beach) and we made good use of the bikes (could use a little tune-up but absolutely fine). The house is extremely well taken care off and wonderfully equipped and stocked with everything you can dream of. Extra towels, pillows, blankets, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen utensils, pots and name it, it's there! We were not inconvenienced by the proximity of the freeway entrance, nor with the noise for the street, which we were a little concerned about but was a non-issue. We will be back!!

Nice home with great location.

We recently stayed at this great home. Plenty of space (3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms) and within perfect walking or biking (4 beach cruisers are there to use) distance to State St. and Stern's Wharf. The property manager was readily available if needed. We did plenty of research planning our stay and are extremely pleased we found this home!

What You Should Know

What We love

  • Attending First Thursday (of each month) local gallery night where you can find free food, beverage, and local music
  • Taking a 4-block walk to one of Santa Barbara’s best medical and day spas, Evolutions, for a facial or massage
  • Walking 2 blocks to Farmers Market on Tuesday afternoons to pick up fresh veggies, cheese, bread and meat for a family feast that can be prepared with ease in the well-stocked kitchen

What to know

  • The house is pretty quiet when the doors and windows are shut, but you can hear the bustle of the city when the windows/doors are open.
  • Due to the street parking and busy nature of the street, you may have some difficulty with visibility backing out of the driveway. There is a gate, but you will need to manually open and close it. Please practice caution.
  • Like most homes in Santa Barbara, it doesn't have AC.
