“Am I dreaming?” you’ll ask, as you wake up in one of 5 spacious bedrooms at this classic Santa Barbara home. Stroll through the open air living room to enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor plaza. Take a dip in the elegant swimming pool and jacuzzi. You’ll soon realize that reality can be better than your wildest dreams. The tropical palms crowning over walled hedges may make you think you’ve stumbled into the courtyard of a castle in southern Spain – but pinch yourself. You’re still stateside in SoCal.

There’s more to enjoy when you head indoors, too. Cook a fabulous breakfast for the family in the gourmet kitchen. Shoot a game of pool in the elegant billiard room. Or simply lounge on the chic yet comfortable furniture in one of the common areas while you gaze at the tasteful artwork adorning the walls.

You may never need to leave the house, and could simply enjoy your surroundings in this peaceful and quiet Santa Barbara neighborhood. But if you do crave adventure, you’re only a few minutes’ walk from downtown. This combination of privacy and convenience is a dream come true for families and small groups on vacation.

After you’ve spent your energy shopping and strolling the streets, come back home to grill a fantastic dinner poolside. Saddle up to the table in the outdoor dining area and watch the sunset while you toast to the day's achievements. And when you lay your head to rest, you’ll sleep soundly, feeling safe and warm in paradise.

Great property for our family!

We had a delightful time in this wonderful house. The property was so great we spent more time hanging out at the house and didn't go out and do nearly as much as we had planned. Great house in a wonderful town, with no need to go further afield. Everyone was happy to have plenty of space in their bedrooms and bathrooms too! We had most of our dinners in and the kitchen was great to work in and it was wonderful to have a dining room with plenty of space for all of us.I would happily recommend this house to friends and family as it exceeded our expectations in every way.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

The house is everything represented in the photos and more! The home has all necessary amenities and is very spacious . Our grandson kept "getting lost" it was so big. Not only is the house great, but the outdoor space is amazing as well. The pool, yard and patio are gorgeous and contain outdoor heaters for chilly nights. Location is great and walkable to town. I can't rave enough about this property!!
