What You Should Know

WHAT TO KNOW

- This home is for sale and may be shown during your stay. We will always give you as much advance notice as possible and do our best to work with your vacation schedule. - The garage in unavailable for guest use, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to 8 vehicles to park. - County Road 58P is maintained year-round. However, during the winter all vehicles require 4WD or all-wheel drive with good clearance in order to access the home.

WHAT TO EXPECT

- You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. - If you've booked more than 110 days prior to your arrival date, we'll send you an email requesting your final payment as that date gets closer. - Once you're paid in full, we'll send you an email with the check-in information for your stay, including property access and who to call in case of a problem.

We’re always happy to make you happy. In some cases, it may be possible to grant an earlier check-in or later check-out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. Showings may occur during reservation, but 24 hour notice will be provided. - Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property - Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances - The maximum occupancy is 6 people - The maximum number of cars at the property is 8 - A credit card preauthorization of $850.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit - Events hosted at the home may be possible only with prior approval and an additional fee.
