Holly grew up on the island of Martha’s Vineyard, and though she has a deep love for the ocean, she traded island life for a little slice of heaven in Northwest Colorado after graduating from University of Colorado Boulder. Holly planted roots in Steamboat Springs in 1994 after she fell in love with its strong sense of community, its dedication to developing world-class athletes, and its commitment to the rich ranching heritage in the Yampa Valley. After calling this abundant outdoor playground home for over two decades, Holly will say that as the list of why she loves living in Ski Town USA continues to grow, so does her passion for sharing it with others! And InvitedHome is a perfect way to invite guests from around the world to share in the exceptional attributes of Steamboat Springs.
As Steamboat continues to transform from its humble roots into the world-class ski resort it has become, Holly sees great opportunity, for all, in growing the luxury rental market. She has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and more than 20 years of combined experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries. Prior to InvitedHome, Holly held upper management positions with Carl’s Tavern and E3 Chophouse. She has a natural ability to discover and address her client’s need, therefore, developing trust and establishing strong bonds with customers, and coworkers alike. Throughout her decades of working, volunteering and playing in the Steamboat community, Holly has developed a deep and unique knowledge of the local market and looks forward to using her skills, passion, and relationships to advance the luxury vacation rental space in Steamboat.
In Holly’s free time, you will most likely find her hiking with her four-legged, fur babies, Kyla and Farrah, or riding her handsome, rescue horse, Jesse. If you can’t find her, she’s probably running!
