The homes in the InvitedHome rental portfolio set themselves apart by offering the luxury of a fine hotel in the comfort of your own home. Never has this been truer than at the Stein Eriksen Residences, located on the hallowed slopes of Park City's Deer Valley.
These residences, which range from single bed suites to 5-bedroom townhomes, have achieved the rare 5-Diamond AAA designation. This is only awarded to lodgings that provide "ultimate luxury, sophistication, and comfort with extraordinary physical attributes, meticulous personalized service, extensive amenities, and impeccable standards of excellence." And when you book through InvitedHome, you know that's exactly the kind of service and experience you can expect.
The Stein Eriksen Lodge, located just a few minutes up the road from the Residences, is world-famous, and set a new bar in the world of luxury lodging. Now the Lodge is taking that acclaimed experience and bringing it to private residences, which are available to everyone to rent. A free, 4-minute on-call shuttle connects you to the Lodge, however once you stroll the grounds of the Residences, you may see no reason to leave.
Below are 3 quick links to the 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom Stein Eriksen Residences currently for rent. For a full overview of all rooms, scroll down.
The Stein Eriksen Residences manage to pull off what so many lodging options try: To feel quiet, secluded, and serene, yet still be minutes from the action of Park City. The Residences are located less than 5 minutes north of the Stein Eriksen Lodge, and the two are connected by a free on-demand shuttle.
Both of these areas -- the Residences and the Lodge -- are less than 10 minutes from downtown Park City. There's a shuttle from the lobby of the Stein Eriksen Residences that will take you wherever you need to go, just plan to request your ride about 15 minutes early in case the shuttle service is mid-delivery.
The Residences are surrounded by the green Last Dollar and blue Last Chance runs, and offer exceptionally easy ski access to these runs, which feed into the Silver Lake and Carpenter Express Lifts.
The only amenity you won't have at the Residences that's available at the Lodge is room service, and that, too, will likely be on offer in the coming seasons. Other than that, they're the same, and then some. Amenities include:
The easiest way to understand the difference is to compare a luxury vacation rental with a luxury hotel. The Lodge is a traditional hotel in every sense. Conferences, weddings, corporate retreats, concerts, and more are all a possibility at any given time.
The Residences, on the other hand, are much more private, quiet, and serene. The pool and hot tub area is arguably even better than the Lodge, and overall, the aesthetic and design are much more Mountain Modern or Contemporary.
In short, the Lodge is everything you'd expect from a traditional, high-end ski lodge, with cozy stone fireplaces, sturdy exposed logs, and a Norwegian flair. The Residences are a collection of Mountain Modern homes that focus more on comfort and privacy than events and attractions.
The Stein Eriksen Residences have 15 homes and 39 condominiums, whereas the Lodge has 65 units of varying sizes. With InvitedHome, you can choose from 5 different lodging options, listed below.
