Welcome to Fairway Views Estate hosted by InvitedHome. This large family home sits right on the golf course in a quiet neighborhood. Expansive, open living space with chic, gourmet kitchen, unique island breakfast bar, an impressive round dining table with a lazy susan, a comfortable living room with encompassing views, an artful gas fireplace, and a large outdoor space deck with a dining area and gas grill. Head upstairs to the main bedroom with an exquisite en-suite, including a steam shower, bidet, and a jetted tub with views of the Gore Range. There is an upstairs guest bedroom and an office nook. Traverse downstairs, and there are two guest king bedrooms with en-suites. The bunk room is unique with double everything - two full and twin bunk beds, en-suite with two toilets, and two showers. The lower-level lounge features a wrap-around couch and a big-screen TV. The hot tub nestles under the balcony for privacy, but with views of the golf course plus outdoor seating. Modern and smart, this home is perfect for making lasting memories. Fairway Views Estate is also certified as a Silver Home by the U.S. Green Building Council in the LEED Green Building rating system. What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
  • Parking: four spaces
  • two in the driveway and two in the garage.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules To Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $3,000.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
  • All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
