Situated in the coveted One Beaver Creek Building, this condo boasts a prime location above the Chop House, offering inspiring mountain views and easy access to the Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express. During the summer, guests are just a short walk from the Beaver Creek Bike Park, as well as some of the best hikes in Beaver Creek. This four-bedroom, four-ensuite plus one powder room condo offers ample privacy, with each bedroom featuring year-round sunshine. The main king bedroom boasts a cozy fireplace, mountain views, and an ensuite with dual vanity, shower, and jetted tub. Down the hall, you'll find two more guest bedrooms with ensuites and mountain views, as well as a room perfect for kids with a full bed, two twins, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and shower. The main living area features dual seating areas facing a large flat-screen TV and a towering stone gas fireplace. Step outside to the expansive balcony with seating for four, a gas fireplace, and a grill, offering impressive views of the slopes. Inside, the grand dining area seats eight, and the open kitchen features high-touch finishes, an island, and a wrap-around breakfast bar seating for six. Experience refined living in the perfect location, with a welcoming lobby, multiple private building elevators for village access, and underground parking. What To Know

  • Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
  • There is one underground parking space.
  • During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
  • Within this central location, grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended. Please reach out if assistance is needed.
  • Roof will be under construction and will be complete after summer 2024.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Beaver Creek InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.

Rules To Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
  • The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
  • A credit card preauthorization of $1,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
  • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
  • No parties or events are allowed.
  • All guests are required to follow Good Neighbor Guidelines. This can be found in the Guest Portal after booking.
