Nestled within the prestigious See Forever Village in Telluride's Mountain Village, this luxurious 3-bedroom condominium embodies the pinnacle of alpine elegance, where rugged stone and warm timber accents create a seamless blend of mountain authenticity and refined sophistication. The heart of the home unfolds in its open-concept living and dining area, a sun-drenched expanse designed for effortless gatherings and cherished moments. Accommodating up to nine guests with unparalleled comfort, the sleeping quarters offer a harmonious mix of indulgence and versatility. Two master suites boast plush king beds draped in sumptuous linens, each with en-suite bathrooms. A third bedroom provides two twin beds with an additional trundle for ultimate flexibility, while the lounge retreat features a spacious sofa bed ideal for overflow or casual get togethers. Telluride itself is a world-class destination renowned for its stunning alpine scenery, vibrant cultural scene, and year-round outdoor adventures. In winter, the area transforms into a skier's paradise with direct access to Telluride Ski Resort's legendary powder runs and groomed trails. - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 9 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Additional paid valet parking may be available at The Peaks for extra cars. Availability for additional valet parking varies and cannot be guaranteed. Payment is collected directly at The Peaks front desk.
- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
