Perfect for larger groups or multi-generational getaways, the home sits just one block from the free gondola, offering seamless access to Telluride's premier slopes, Mountain Village, summer trails, and the town's vibrant core—all without needing a car.
Blending sleek modern architecture with inviting warmth, the residence showcases warm wood accents and an abundance of natural light that creates a bright, open ambiance throughout. The main level boasts a seamless open-concept living space, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow effortlessly together, ideal for casual gatherings or sophisticated entertaining. - The maximum occupancy is 9 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- A credit card preauthorization of $3,500.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
