• Conveniently located in Vail Village, close to shops and restaurants.
• Warming up by the fire after a day on the slopes.
• Sipping coffee or cocktails on the private patio.

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
• The maximum number of cars allowed at the property is 1. Garage clearance height is 6 feet 7 inches.
• This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.

• Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
