- This home is not a good fit for children under the age of 10. - There are some limitations to the number of rentals allowed per year, so we recommend giving us a call prior to booking online to make sure your dates are available! - This home is for sale and may be shown during your stay. WHAT TO EXPECT

- You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking. - If you've booked more than 110 days prior to your arrival date, we'll send you an email requesting your final payment as that date gets closer. - Once you're paid in full, we'll send you an email with the check-in information for your stay, including property access and who to call in case of a problem.
