Step out onto the walk-out patio to enjoy seating for six and views of snow-draped evergreens. This level also includes a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a one-car garage, and a private office with a desk and murphy bed.

Upstairs, the first guest bedroom offers two queen beds in a bunk-style configuration, a pull-out couch, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed, a TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a steam shower and double sinks. A washer and dryer are located in the hallway for convenience.

Located near Vail Ski Resort, the home provides easy access to over 5,300 acres of legendary terrain, including the Back Bowls and Blue Sky Basin, as well as exceptional ski schools and fine on-mountain dining. During the summer, enjoy hiking trails such as Booth Falls or biking along the Gore Creek Trail. • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
