What To Know
To Fully Enjoy ~ This Unique Experience
Most of the Telluride Fire Festival is FREE to attend, so you’ll want to catch as many of these unique artists, performers, and displays as you can possibly pack into the 3-day weekend. But to fully enjoy this one-of-a-kind festival experience, you’ll need to attend at least one or two of the special ticketed events. Be it a trip to the grand Fire Ball or meeting some of the many amazing artists that create all the awe-inspiring work, the festival allows you to choose the level of participation you’re most comfortable with. But while there are more than 50 free, fire-based exhibits, performances and workshops throughout the weekend, the special events do fill up fast. Making an advance purchase comes highly recommended.
From 5:00pm to 8:00pm every evening, the public plazas in Mountain Village fill up with various fire art installations, fiery performance pieces, and of course, loads of great food, great people, and other forms of great entertainment.
