Multiple levels cater to every need, from reading corners to a wet bar and private bedrooms. Enjoy a home gym, lounge game room, and a ski chalet at the top. The main bedroom boasts forest views and an ensuite bathroom. The living space includes a kitchen with a massive island and a dining table for sixteen.

Outside, relax near the water feature or explore the mountain via funicular or stone steps. The ski chalet offers luxury, while outdoor amenities include a heated pool, fire pits, and a hot tub. Ski-in/ski-out access and biking trails await on the Simba run. Inside, find more bedrooms and living spaces, including an in-law suite and fireplaces.

Explore Forest Road towards Lionshead or Vail Village for dining and entertainment. Ascension seamlessly blends into the stunning landscape of Vail Valley and offers incredible proximity to a variety of summer and winter activities in Vail.

  • A $35,000 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
  • This home requires final homeowner approval to confirm any reservation.

What To Expect

  • Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Vail InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • Stays greater than or equal to thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.

Rules to Stay By

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
  • There is a $35,000 refundable security deposit required at the time of booking.
  • This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking.   • Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
