Nestled in Deer Valley, Utah, this charming 3-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of cozy mountain elegance and modern comfort, ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing alpine escape. Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings and an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Abundant natural light pours in through the expansive windows in the living room, framing breathtaking views of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and creating a bright, airy atmosphere year-round.
The home's cozy aesthetic shines with warm neutral woods, crisp white walls, and light, plush furnishings that invite you to unwind after a day of adventure. Gather around the fireplace in the spacious living area for evenings of storytelling and relaxation. Each of the three bedrooms features its own private ensuite bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy. Unwind in two luxurious primary suites, one with a plush king and the other with a comfy queen, and a third bedroom with a queen bed, twin bed, and twin trundle, perfect for families or extra guests. There's also an additional queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Outside, your private hot tub awaits on the patio, where you can enjoy a serene spot to soak under the stars, easing sore muscles after hitting Deer Valley's world-famous groomed slopes, or exploring summer hiking trails. What To Know
- Everyone in your group must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
