July 25, 2017 With favorable overnight temperatures and a successful two weeks of snowmaking in Summit County, Keystone and Breckenridge Ski Resorts are excited to welcome the beginning of the 2016-2017 winter season on Friday, Nov. 18 and Saturday, Nov. 19 ...respectively. Vail Mountain, originally slated to open Friday, Nov. 18, has set a new opening day of Friday, Nov. 25. Beaver Creek Resort is still scheduled for a Wednesday, Nov. 23 opening day, conditions permitting. (see less)
