Park City's 4th of July celebration is one of the community's most cherished annual events. The festivities begin with a morning 5K Fun Run. Then Park City’s historic Main Street comes alive for its annual 4th of July parade, a hometown tradition that draws locals and visitors alike.

For the best view of the Park City parade, many locals and guests leave a blanket or a few folding chairs along Main Street the night before, or book one a luxury vacation rental in Park City so you’re able to get out first thing in the morning. Want to keep the party going? Forum Fest returns to Canyons Village from July 2–4, 2026. Forum Fest has quickly become one of the most anticipated summer events in Park City, and offers a lively complement to the town's traditional Fourth of July festivities.

This FREE three-day festival features live music, outdoor entertainment, family activities, food and drinks, and nightly drone displays (weather permitting.)
