• Relaxing in the community hot tub or unwinding at the indoor pool.
• On-site ski storage with lockers and boot heaters.

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
• The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
• This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances due to homeowner allergy.

• Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• If the arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
