BEDROOM DETAILS

Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The maximum occupancy is 11 people.
The maximum number of cars is 1.

Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Check-in begins at 5:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 11:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
