One Beaver Creek sits at the base of Beaver Creek Village, with a private ski entrance that leads straight onto the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort. Mornings start in the building's ski storage, where lockers with boot heaters keep your gear warm and ready. Evenings can be as simple as heading downstairs to the Chop House for dinner.

Our residences offer three or four bedrooms and room for eight to ten guests. Each one has a stone fireplace and a private balcony facing the mountain. A welcoming lobby and private elevators bring you down to the village, so the lifts are always close. Each residence is privately owned and cared for by our Beaver Creek team, who will have everything ready when you arrive and stay on hand until checkout. How You Ski Home

A private ski entrance leads from One Beaver Creek directly onto the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort, so your ski day begins and ends at the building. The Centennial Express and Strawberry Park Express are both easy to reach from here, and warm cookies wait at the base of the Centennial Express every afternoon at three. Your skis stay downstairs in the lockers, and ski shuttle service is available whenever you'd like a ride to another part of the mountain. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow and weather conditions.

Summer at One Beaver Creek

When the snow melts, the Beaver Creek Bike Park is a short walk from the building. Hikers can set out on the Beaver Lake Trail, which starts at the base of the Centennial Express, or follow the Village Loop Trail. Mountain bikers love the Centennial Trail. The Eagle River is a short drive away, and nearby alpine lakes are made for paddle boarding and a picnic by the water.
