Welcome to Sunrise Ridge at Canyons, hosted by InvitedHome. Nestled against the iconic mountains of Canyons Village, this home is the epitome of sophisticated luxury infused with alpine charm. With incredible ski access, primely located just a short walk to the new Sunrise Gondola and the shops and dining at Canyons Village, and a short scenic drive to Park City's vibrant Main Street. This mountain retreat is perfect for a large group who wants to take advantage of the slopes.
Designed with a clean contemporary style, relax in a thoughtful mix between luxury, tradition, and necessity. This home features incredible floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan, giving a feeling of airiness and space. Sit back and relax on the oversized crisp linen couch in the living area while the stunning fireplace crackles in the background and enjoy the divinely decorated space and a beautiful view of the snow topped mountains. Branching off you’ll find a beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped and ready for any level of culinary expertise. Situated near the windows right outside of the kitchen is a stunning modern farmhouse dining table that can seat up to eight guests. In the warmer months enjoy the fresh air as you cook and dine al fresco on the balcony just off the dining area.
After a long day enjoying the slopes or exploring the Wasatch Mountains, a sanctuary of tranquility awaits. Each room is uniquely curated to for relaxation and easy enjoyment - whether you enjoy curling up in a cloud-soft bed, unwinding with your favorite shows or movies after a day of adventure, or an en-suite bathroom where a sleek tub awaits you for an evening soak.
Seamlessly get ready for the day's adventure, with a dedicated ski and gear room. Sunrise Gondola is just a short walk down the street from your front door or take a leisurely stroll over to Canyons Village to savor one of the many five star dining options available to you. For that local Old Town experience take the short drive over to Main Street in the heart of Park City and enjoy the variety of art galleries, local boutiques, outdoor outfitters, and array of dining options.

What To Know
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.
- Ski-in access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Park City InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee. - If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. - The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- A credit card preauthorization of $4,200.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
