Breckenridge Highlands/Golf Course -  It seems like every time we visit this area of northern Breckenridge, a handful of new, giant homes appear. And with beautiful panoramic views of the Tenmile mountain range, you won’t have to wonder why. Home to a Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole championship golf course, the community may not be quite as close to ski access as others in the area, but the quiet wooded setting is second to none.

River Shores - A smaller community that’s experiencing rapid growth, River Shores is located just 2 miles north of the town of Breckenridge and features a community shuttle stop. Home to brand new townhomes, this is a great spot for prospective second homeowners to get in on the freshest real estate offerings.

Peak 7 - Looking for a more family-like atmosphere? Peak 7 just might be your place. Filled with plenty of large homes, lodges and cabins alike, what most of the homes in this area lack in proximity to the lifts they more than make up for in amazing views and ample outdoor space. The unique character and old-mountain charm of the community and its oft-unpaved roads make it well worth the trek.

Downtown - Downtown “Breck” practically sells itself, with its bustling nightlife, quirky shops, and delicious restaurants all within an immediate radius of  the endlessly charming Main Street. With all of the neighborhood’s high-end condos and upscale single-family homes within walking distance of the action, it comes as no surprise that there is a wide variety of Breckenridge properties for purchase for those who wish to always be in the middle of it all.

Baldy Mountain - About a 10-minute drive uphill from Main Street, Baldy Mountain is home to some of the most unforgettable views of the Tenmile Range in the immediate area. Located along a convenient shuttle route, the large homes and cozy log cabins that make up this community are remote enough to enjoy occasional wildlife sightings and close access to ATV and hiking trails.

Peak 8 - Should you fancy yourself an opportunist of sorts, head to Peak 8. Convenience is king around these parts, with most homes right on the shuttle route to the ski village and many within walking distance of ski access itself. And while those sprawling mountain views may prove to be more difficult to come by when you’re a part of the mountain itself, the close proximity to all of the reasons why you chose Breckenridge are a nice consolation.

Peak 9 - Want the best of both mountain and town worlds? Peak 9 is calling! This neighborhood features primarily condos and townhomes with great access to skiing as well as to downtown, but also has some larger mountain manors located right by the Snowflake lift. For those homes just out of walking distance in this neighborhood, there’s pretty much always a town shuttle stop just steps away.

Peak 10/Warrior’s Mark - Similar to the Peak 7 neighborhood in distance from all of the action, but with one exception. The homes around this area tend to be newer, and the older homes more updated. Not to be outdone by the neighborhoods with ski access, a convenient shuttle runs from Peak 10 to the Peak 9 village during ski season.

Blue River - Located just a couple of miles south of Breckenridge, the town of Blue River hosts a diverse mix of grandiose and smaller homes, and is continually growing. Ideal for future homeowners seeking a more rural setting, depending on your home’s location it can be anywhere from a 5 to 15-minute drive back to Main Street in Breckenridge. With no shops or restaurants in the immediate area, having your own transportation is ideal when you visit here.
