Located in Stateline, Nevada, just on the other side of casinos from South Lake Tahoe proper, a stay in this home is anything but a gamble. High-end excellence is omnipresent at every turn. Take a moment to just gaze off into the distance on your balcony, for it is moments like these that will gladly fill you with unforgettable delight. Inside, that feeling is no different. You’ll quickly understand why when you first relax in the main living area. Get your fireplace going, grab a seat on the sprawling sofa, and put up your feet. Maybe step into the adjacent kitchen for the beverage of your choice. Yes, you’re in full relaxation mode now.
But you can - and will - take that serenity to a whole new level. Upstairs in the master, the vaulted ceilings and modernistic fireplace should do just the trick. The private entrance to another balcony only adds to the imaginative ambiance. But there’s convenience here too, with a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower and jetted soaking tub just off to the side in your en suite bathroom. We should probably mention there’s a fireplace in here as well, providing unexpected refinement of epic proportions. The other two guest rooms hold two beds each, and come with their own en suites as well. Accessibility is always a priority around here.
That only continues once you venture outdoors. Not only can you see the slopes you’ll soon be skiing off in the distance, you’re also just minutes from every other form of entertainment you can possibly imagine. Casinos, nightlife, fine dining, the myriad of water sports to be had on the lake – you name it. They’re all readily within reach when you stay at Heavenly Hills.
It is important to know the city of Tahoe has strict guidelines and expectations for every guest staying in a vacation rental home. These guidelines apply to items like parking, occupancy, noise and hot tub use during quite hours. Please note any violation of these guidelines will result in a minimum of a $1000.00 fine.
