Your deck feels like paradise with big doors opening up to the firepit and breezy space.

Begin on your cozy patio, with fire pit, and just take it all in.

The big windows and doors to outdoor space give this condo lots of natural light.

The living room is both open and airy, with extremely comfortable seating to waste the days away.

The kitchen is both modern and spacious, with stainless steel appliances and carefully crafted woodwork.

The dining area comfortably seats four, but there's always room for more with some additional stools provided.

If you fancy a studio, pull open the barn doors and enjoy the ample space.

Open the custom barn doors to the master, where you'll find a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to your patio.

The master bedroom barn doors open halfway (pictured) or even more for a full studio feel.

The en-suite bath to the master has dual sinks and shower/tub combo for complete convenience.

The en suite is also where you'll find a rather large walk-in closet.

Go ahead. Bring those extra pairs of shoes.

Second guest bedroom or media room? With a giant TV and lofted queen bed, you decide.

The mirrors give the room a larger-than-life feeling, as does the brilliant screen of the state-of-the-art TV.

The room does not have a door, but is very private.

Sometimes even the adults want to call the top bunk.

The second bathroom is just off the hall, with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

A seemingly hidden door leads to a quiet study with a pull-out sofa.

The sleeper sofa is incredibly comfortable, created by Design Within Reach.

When you're done admiring the woodwork of the mirror (which is actually a secret door to the hallway), head out to your balcony.

The washer and dryer are conveniently hidden in a closet.

Maybe sneak in a nap in the lounge area as you enjoy the ambiance.

The entrance to condo is beautiful and very private.

The entrance is just to the left of a gorgeous fountain.

The entrance to the gated community screams luxury.

Make some new friends on your front patio, with access to the lush greenery of the building's breezy, communal space.

There’s more than meets the eye in this modern marvel. A lot more. Located just a block away from Santa Barbara’s famed State Street in the brand new Sevilla building, this 1-bedroom (plus a den and office), 2-bath condo is all about its cityside location and state-of-the-art design. A gated community with patios galore, sip on a glass of wine as you can enjoy your private, breathtaking views of the mountains that majestically rest off in the distance. Be sure to get that mood lighting, fountain, and fire pit going to maximize the already magnificent ambiance.

Inside, you’ll remember once again the downtown location in which you reside. A forward-thinking smart home, control is always at your fingertips. So when you first walk through the front door, a downloaded app lets you adjust the atmosphere from the very beginning. But let’s have a look around first. There’s a room to the right that has a loft-style queen bed with a couch just below. Media room or bedroom? That’s up to you to decide. There's also a hidden door to the left that has an office, as well as access to the front patio. Head down the hall and you’ll find the main living area, complete with a surprisingly large kitchen with an island that doubles as your dining room table. Gaze at the brilliantly warm woodwork as you dig into your next delicious meal.

Now to the master bedroom, where you literally can transform the space to fit your own personal style. How, you might ask? The key is the carefully crafted barn doors on the master bedroom. Leave them open, and you’ll create an airy, studio-like feel. Shut them closed, and you create an intimate escape as you watch your high-tech, true-black television that has to be seen to truly be believed. The master bath boast dual sinks and even a walk-in closet for optimal convenience. The guests in the media room (which is incredibly quiet, though it does not have a door) can access the second bathroom just off the hallway.

But sleeping can wait when you’re in the heart of Santa Barbara. Within a one block radius, you have instant access to great cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and even a yoga studio. Yes, a trip into town is most definitely in order. Because a trip to Skyline Vista, is anything but ordinary.
