Centrally located in the Villa del Mar complex near East Beach, this beautifully furnished, relaxing condo is just a few blocks from the beach and several blocks from downtown State Street. Guests will enjoy leisurely strolls through the burgeoning “funk zone” with many of the great wine tasting rooms just a couple blocks away. Walks along the waterfront district’s pedestrian path will invite guests to visit the pier, harbor, parks, shops and myriad attractions that Santa Barbara has to offer. And, after exploring it all, you have a lovely, beach-themed condo to go home to.

A short flight of stairs leads up from the street entrance or garage into the light-filled, well-decorated living room. The adjacent dining room leads out to a small terrace with a gas grill and seating area. The galley kitchen’s open window looks into the living room, creating a wonderful layout for entertaining. Down a short hallway there is a guest bathroom and separate laundry room on the right, and the cozy guest bedroom on the left. At the end of the hallway lies the master bedroom with en-suite split bath. This home features charming décor throughout, with a casual elegance that is both comfortable and chic.
