I cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. It is so incredibly beautiful! We loved every minute of our stay. The house is gorgeous. Every room is so lovely and a beautiful surprise! I loved every one. I delighted in just being there. A very serene environment. I could have gotten lost in reading the beautiful books on all the tables and gazing out the windows at the magnificent view! We both love to cook and thoroughly enjoyed your meticulously organized kitchen with everything and a fabulous stove. I went to the French Culinary Institute, and feel inspired to cook in a great kitchen like yours. I was delighted by how wonderfully organized everything was. I am a total neat freak so this always gives a feeling of immense calm and joy. The property is absolutely magnificent. My husband and I both love to garden so we were intrigued with the beautifully executed landscaping which has been so lovingly maintained. Your gardener came one morning and was so quiet that we would not have known he was there had we not seen him glancing out the window while having our morning coffee. He made every attempt to be respectfully out of view. Everything bit our your property is meticulously groomed without a leaf out of place. I was in awe. I loved all the little paths and rose gardens on the side of the house that one might miss if not looking. The trees and plantings are incredible. The birds of paradise were brilliant in bloom. I adore the vine on the wall at your wonderful front door. I did not remember how absolutely stunning Montecito was. It was always very quiet and understated. Your neighborhood is spectacular. I would never want to leave!

Tremendous Time

We had a tremendous time and followed lots of your recommendations. The kids loved the seal lion sanctuary particularly. You house was lovely and we missed looking out to the islands in the evening the first day we got back.

Outstanding Home

We spent a month at this house. It was a first class house in a first class neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The amentities more than met our need. The back patio was superb, with a spectacular view, great landscaping, a gorgeous pool that was reasonably big, and several seating options including a full size table and chairs to eat at. We found many great restaurants and a few good golf courses in the area. The only shortcoming was that you can't heat both the pool and the hot tub at the same time, and the pool takes 20 to 24 hours to heat up. We eventually decided to just heat the hot tub, and swim in the cooler pool which was generally about 68.

The Holidays worked well for us and the family loves being there. We would like to lease Mariposa again next year for the holidays, and leave the door open for a longer term.

We have loved the area so much and have adored our time in your beautiful home. We're heading out tomorrow. My boys want to get back from spring break and have a few hours to recover! Recover from what I'm not sure as their stay in El Capitan and Santa Barbara has been pretty darn mellow. We would love to come back sometime. It's been a fantastic week and my 9th grader is ready to go to UCSB. We have really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
