Beautiful condo and a prime location

If you want a fabulous place just a few blocks from the beach and State Street, you could hardly do better. Having your own garage in an area where parking is tight is also a huge plus. Like all vacation houses, it has a few quirks, though: The rooftop deck is as beautiful as the photo, but it's one of 4 side-by-side decks. So a loud group next door will definitely be heard. This deck has the best view of the mountains though. Having all of the bathrooms on the bottom of 3 floors is nice at night, but it's a floor below the living room and kitchen and 2 floors below the rooftop deck. The kitchen is also one of the best we've ever had in a rental, right down to how well stocked it is.

What You Should Know

What We love

  • Traveling in comfort with your best friends, each couple with its own private suite
  • Staring up at the night sky while lounging by the fire on the rooftop terrace
  • Taking a leisurely stroll to West Beach for some fun in the sun

What to know

  • This property has a lot of stairs, making it unsuitable for handicapped guests. The garage is on the street level, bedrooms are on the second level, the kitchen and living room are on the third level. Both en-suite bathrooms and the powder room are on the second level; there is no bathroom on the third level.
  • The Cinque Terre complex has 5 separate townhouses and Mykonos is the first one, so it shares only one wall with another unit. It has a one car garage and any additional parking would be on the street.
  • Like most homes in Santa Barbara, there is no AC.

What to expect after booking

  • You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after booking.
  • If you've booked more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, we'll send you an email requesting your final payment as that date gets closer.
  • Once you're paid in full, we'll send you an email with the check-in information for your stay, including property access and who to call in case of a problem.

The Particulars

Check-in is at 4:00pm & CHECK-OUT 11:00am

We’re always happy to make you happy. In some cases, it may be possible to grant an earlier check-in or later check-out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule. However, early check-in and late check-outs cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours prior to check-in or check-out date. Please “check-in” with our team for further details.

Cancellation Policy

  • Hit the "Book Now" button a bit too soon? No worries. We offer a 24-hour grace period where any reservation made is eligible for a full refund. Hey, it happens.

  • Your initial payment is 50% of the total, with the remaining balance due 60 days out from checkin. After the 24 hour grace period, all payments become non-refundable.

  • We encourage you to double check everything before you book to make sure you've selected that perfect home, at the ideal time. And while we're on the subject of peace of mind, ask us about our travel insurance package. It's just another amenity we offer to make booking your stay as relaxing as possible.

Santa Barbara Travel Guide
December 11, 2016 The city calls itself the American Riviera, and if you travel to Santa Barbara you'll see why: This central coast city, which sits on an idyllic stretch of coastline and is sheltered by the foothills of the Santa Ynez mountains, has a ...Mediterranean-like climate and a civility that feels downright European. In fact, it once was European: the Spanish settled the city in the 1600s, and the Mission Santa Barbara is still one of the city's most treasured landmarks. Given the city's sophisticated charm—and high prices—many celebrities have made a Santa Barbara visit over the years, from Charlie Chaplin, who built a hotel, to Oprah Winfrey, who has a house nearby.
