The main living area includes leather couches and a sleek corner fireplace. An oversized natural wood dining table seats six, adding whimsy to the space. The kitchen features wood cabinets and an island with a breakfast bar for three, perfect for gathering.
Step onto the balcony from the living room for stunning views of Telluride Ski Resort and the Mountain Village core. The main bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite and a private balcony. Two bunk rooms feature full over full bunk beds, with one providing access to a third balcony for sunset views. This family-friendly layout offers comfortable spaces for everyone to feel at home in.
Sunset Vista has ski-in/ski-out access, with a private ski locker downstairs for convenience. In the summer, swap ski gear for mountain bikes to explore the nearby trails. Enjoy walkable dining options like Black Iron Bar and Grill or Siam Talay Grille. What To Know
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1 in a garage.
- Although you'll be steps away from the gondola, you may hear it running when you're not on the slopes.
What To Expect
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. Additional pet fee will apply after booking.
- A credit card preauthorization of $850.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
