Step Inside The Home

Welcome to Cimmaron Chalet at Lift 7, hosted by InvitedHome. Once you step inside this cozy, updated condo, you’ll find the open concept living room with a sectional couch, gas fireplace, and large flatscreen tv. The living room overlooks the kitchen, which features white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. From here, head through the neighboring den/lofted space to the private patio, where you’ll enjoy calming river-facing views. Conveniently access the ski hill within seconds, or walk the scenic river trail into downtown Telluride for shopping, dining, and live music.

This home hosts up to 8 guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two lofted sleeping spaces, offering a comfortable place for everyone to rest their heads. The secluded main suite features a full bed, a private balcony, its own living space with a bar, tv, and gas fireplace, as well as a gorgeous ensuite with a double vanity and soaking tub. Above the kitchenette and living space is a lofted sleeping area suitable for one. The first guest bedroom includes a full bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom with clean, modern finishes. The room is decorated with ambient light fixtures and warm wood details. The second guest bedroom can be found in the loft and den area, located off of the main living space. The den is a dual space, functioning as a lounge area or a bedroom. It has a pull-out queen sofa bed, and provides direct access to the private patio. From this space, you can also reach the second lofted sleeping area where a twin bed lives, alongside a cubby to store some belongings.

Cimmaron Chalet has an unbeatable location. Situated at the bottom of Lift 7, step out right on to the ski resort and enjoy a 10 minute chairlift ride up to the top, where you can get to the Gondola via the San Sophia Midpoint station, ski down to the Pluge Lift (9), or enjoy Village Express (Lift 4) terrain. When you’re done for the day, take Telluride Trail home if you’re a blue skier, or Milk Run to Telluride Trail if you prefer steeps. In the Summer, you’re also steps away from the San Miguel River, where you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon of fly fishing, or follow the river trail to Telluride’s town park and hike the popular Bear Creek trail.

When you’re done adventuring, the proximity to town will come in handy. Walk 6 minutes to There Bar and indulge in a variety of delicious small plates and cocktails. Venture further into town to shop at Two Skirts, or enjoy an incredible fine-dining experience at La Marmotte, a highly-rated french-inspired restaurant in a historic building. In the morning, take a quick 4-minute stroll to Mangala Yoga for a 9:30 am Lava Flow class - a unique take on Vinyasa yoga, in which the room is heated with infrared light for added health benefits. You can also take advantage of the Galloping Goose shuttle to quickly and easily transport you to shops, restaurants, and Telluride Summer Festivals in Town Park.

What To Expect

  • Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
  • If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
  • For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
  • The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

The Particulars

  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.

Cancellation Policy

  • The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
  • If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
  • The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
