The dining table for four has plenty of natural light through the windows, while the kitchen is perfect for entertaining. You can't beat the location with this rental being steps away from Lift 7 at the Telluride Ski Resort.

What To Know
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- You'll have to walk to the other end of the complex to get to the elevator, so it may be quicker to take the stairs.
- Due to the downtown location near restaurants and bars, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
What To Expect
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- Stays greater than or equal to thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- A credit card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.

"Our family have stayed at this location in other rental units but this unit by far stood out for most stocked kitchen on any rental. Gas stove and many new pots and pans plus a wide arrangement of toaster/coffee pot/baking dishes and plenty of dishware. Made getting a good breakfast made or chili in the crockpot for the end of the day so easy. It was very nice decor and by far the cleanest we've stay in Telluride. Please note there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so be ready if a longer stay requests that. The view off the balcony of the creek running to the walkable gondola was beautiful. It was a quick 6-7 minute walk each morning to get to the gondola and start our ski day. We were most comfortable with the bedding, super fluffy towels (and plenty of them) and would absolutely use this unit again. On this trip, it was just my daughter and myself but easy for up to 4 to sleep. Thank you!"
