The main living space features a living room with an urban fireplace, a wood-top dining table, and a pristine kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an oversized island.
Four bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, each with its own ensuite. The main bedroom balcony offers views of the Box Canyon and historic homes in Telluride. Downstairs, three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations.
Explore the town with a visit to Butcher and the Baker for bites, followed by a stroll down Main Street for shopping at places like Telluride Truffles or Over the Moon. Enjoy a cocktail at the New Sheridan Chop House and grab a pizza from Brown Dog before returning home to dine on the balcony. - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- This home could allow dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. All pets need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.

What To Expect
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
The Particulars
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM MST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM MST. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted unless authorized via text message by a Telluride InvitedHome team member, availability depending.
Cancellation Policy
- The initial payment of 50% of the Grand Total is due upon booking, and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to the date of arrival.
- If the Guest cancels prior to 110 days of the check-in date, the entire initial payment shall be refunded to the Guest, less a cancellation charge of one night's rent plus taxes and the service fee.
- If the Guest cancels after the full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.
- The Grand Total shall be non-refundable if the rental period is equal to or greater than thirty (30) nights.
Rules to Stay By
- Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
- A credit card preauthorization of $900.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
- Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. Additional pet fee will apply after booking.
- Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to the Reservation Team for more information.
