This five-bedroom home features an open floor plan that includes a kitchen with a large granite island, a glass dining table, and a living room with an urban fireplace. The home also includes a large deck off the kitchen, a smaller deck at the front, and a larger lower patio with a hot tub.

The bedrooms are spread across multiple levels. There are three king-sized bedrooms, a bunk room downstairs next to the lower lounge, and an additional sleeper sofa room. The media room downstairs includes a wet bar for entertaining.

Explore the shops and restaurants in downtown Telluride, including There… for cocktails and Siam for Thai cuisine. Before heading back, visit Telluride Truffle Co. for a sweet treat. The home is within walking distance to concert and festival venues in the summer and ski lifts in the winter.

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
• The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
• This home could allow dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. All pets need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.
• During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

• Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
